The effects of the nation’s obesity epidemic are immense…” This epidemic has impacted many lives thus it is imperative that we manage our weight. As we age it becomes more crucial that weight management is at the forefront of our health plan. Our bodies will change as we age and we should not expect our physique to look as if we haven’t aged but with our bodies changing we still need to manage our weight. Weight management is healthy eating habits and exercising. Many are averse to exercising but its purpose is paramount in weight management.
