The benefits of drinking water are numerous. Many people are anti-water drinkers because they have been conditioned to drink other forms of hydration such as soda, sugary drinks and coffee. Water is a key to good health. Water is one of the simplest, cost efficient and easy forms of building good health. There are many ways to recondition your desire to drink water and incorporate water in your health plan. First drink a glass of water in the mornings (breakfast), at mid-day (lunch) and in the evening (dinner) this is a simple way to achieve at least three glasses of water a day. Second sip on water throughout the day at work or activities. This best way to do so is use a water bottle and the key is to set a goal to complete the water bottle each day.
