“If you want to experience significant progress toward your goal, you need to be intentional about the work you’re doing every day” K.NOELLE CONSULTING
“Change is inevitable. Growth is Intentional” Glenda Cloud
If you expect to achieve all of your goals and dreams this year there is one thing that is most important and that is being intentional. You must be intentional when it comes to what you do and how you do what you do. Successful people are intentional. Success doesn’t come by happenstance or coincidence but it’s when you formulate a plan and you align all of your efforts toward accomplishing your plan. Intentional living is only doing that what leads to you accomplishing your goal and anything that doesn’t align or lead to the goal then you are losing time and wasting energy. Intentional living is to understand that saying “no” is part of the process. You may have to say no to some people when they want you to do something that is not a part of your purpose or passion. You may have to say no to yourself when you don’t feel like doing something that you must do in order to achieve your goal. For example if you have a goal to improve your health and you have set forth a plan of action but when you don’t feel like exercising you must have the inner strength to say no to how you feel and press through those feelings. Intentional living is having the fortitude, an inexplicable passion and discipline to remain focus regardless of your emotional state. In addition intentional living has to become a consistent behavior and pattern of trend. You can’t expect to have great success when you are inconsistent and haphazard with your efforts. For example if you want to get out of debit then you have to consistently make decisions with your finances that lead to liberty and freedom you desire, whether that is saving a certain amount monthly or paying off your credit cards. Finally intentional living is empowering you to maximize your potential and fulfilling your earthly purpose.
